Our private training gives players a chance to receive the one on one attention need. Our staff is able to develop a plan to help players turn their weakness to strength. During this session players will become knowledgeable the key fundamentals of the game; including ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and conditioning. Private training can be scheduled any day of the week based upon availability.
We HIGHLY recommend our small group training over individual workouts. The difference between these small group sessions and the individual sessions is the ability for immediate game-situation application of the skills you learn. OUR GROUPS NEVER EXCEED SIX PLAYERS.

We host clinics for school teams, club programs, and youth teams/leagues all across the U.S. and around the world. During this clinic Laurence Jolicoeur aka LJ, will lead your players and coaches through a customized curriculum designed to serve the specific needs of your program.

Summer is the perfect time to improve your game! You have the time and energy to dedicate to skill development and workouts. Pro Reps will create a program in an individual or group setting so that you're ready for whatever awaits you in the Fall.
As a professional it is important to be effective as well as efficient. Training sessions will include 500+ reps. Reps will be based on the players position and future ambitions.
This program is meant to foster relationships between former and current women players who want to train. Training sessions are equipped for novice and expert players. An effective women's basketball training program involves different moves that incorporate agility, lower body strength, and explosiveness.
